Our walk will take us through Glen Canyon Park, Diamond Heights, skirt the Walter Haas Playground, through Billy Goat Hill, and views of the unique homes of Laidley Street. We will take a circuitous route back through Glen Park to return to the Glen Bart Station.

Our walk should take about 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the group's walking pace. The walking/hike length is about 3 miles. We will meet on Saturday morning, February 17th. at the Glen Park Bart Station at 9:00 am, in San Francisco, and begin walking at 9:15 am.

Dogs are welcome on this walk but must be on a non-retractable leash and not jump on other participants. • What to bring

• Important to know

DISCLAIMER: the level of difficulty of this walk/hike is dependent upon your own fitness. What may be easy for one may be strenuous for another. Participants should be prepared for a variety of environments: busy San Francisco city streets, single track dirt trails, going both up stairs and going down stairs (there are a number of stair cases going up, and then down stairs), and rocks to climb over, potential wildlife (Coyotes frequent Glen Canyon Park), slippery walking surfaces, & inclement weather.

ALSO: After Friday noon, February 16th, it's best to contact me via my Google Voice number (texts are OK) as I may not see your message via Meet-up.
