The magnolia trees are in bloom and they are magnificent! The Arboretum has a guided highlights walk with a description of each tree. It is about 2 miles in the Arboretum and then we will continue to Stowe lake which will add another mile or two to the walk.
Meet at 10:30 AM in front of the main arboretum entrance in Golden Gate Park which is right near Ninth Avenue and Lincoln.
Bring a picnic lunch. We will stop and picnic wherever we end up around noon.
