It’s time to celebrate another year of fun and commitment to the outdoors – and to each other. We'll have lunch at around 1pm, followed by a brief program where we recognize volunteers and welcome the 2026 Governing Committee. Then it'll be time to put on your dancing shoes.
Once registered the address of our party will be given, our rental location is in the east bay.
As for food, the Club will provide some main dishes and non-alcoholic beverages. We will pot luck the rest of the meal so please bring something to share to make the meal complete. We also ask that you bring your own plate, utensils and cup so we can keep our carbon footprint low. No alcohol is allowed in our rental space
Active members are admitted for free. Lapsed members and non-members pay $20, which also covers a yearly membership. You can save time by joining in advance: JOIN HERE
VOLUNTEER: Please consider joining our team of friendly and enthusiastic volunteers. Work options include set up (putting up tables, making things look pretty, putting out food), check in (including memberships), or break down and clean up. Your assistance helps make this event really memorable. Thanks so much for helping to make it happen!
SORRY, NO PETS: Service animals that are specially trained to perform a task directly related to your disability are the only exceptions. Therapy and Emotional Support pets are NOT Service Animals.
